Dayne Myers

Dayne Myers has over twenty-seven years experience in management consulting (McKinsey & Co.), private equity, and venture capital including more than fifteen years as chief executive officer of technology companies in multiple business sectors.   Over his career, Dayne has raised more than $50 million in venture capital from financial and strategic investors, oversaw the development of enterprise software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), mobile and other cloud-based technologies, and reorganized and restructured multiple businesses leading to successful turnarounds.   Dayne has managed organizations ranging from start-ups to 1000 employees and executed several mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.  Dayne has also served on the board of directors of six companies and one non-profit organization.

Dayne has a bachelor's degree with honors in political science from the University of Michigan and Doctor of Law, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
